OUR INSPIRATION

John Oakley Maund
Alpinist, Abenteurer, Bankier, Bohemian, Mitglied des British Alpine Club, dem ersten Alpenverein Eruopas.
Ende des 19. Jahrhundersts baute J.O. Maund in der Schweiz und in Österreich die "Maund Villen" als Ausgangspunkt für seine Abenteuer in den Wilden Alpen.
Alpinist, Adventurer, Bankier, Bohemien, Member of the British Alpine Club. Build the Maund Estates in the Wild Alps of Switzerland and Austria in late 19th Century.

William Morris
Architekt, Deisgner, Poet, Mitbegrüunder der "Arts and Crafts Movemente" in England Mitte des 19. Jahrunderst. Nach seinen Plänen wurden die Villen von J.O. Maund ausschließlich von regionalen Handwerksmeistern errichtet.
